Rxora is a control systems-based medication risk management platform for atrial fibrillation that unites in-clinic and wearable ECG monitoring, and cardiologist-supervised dosing to create a safer, more adaptive, and personalised therapy model.
Bilingual glycaemic-load app
BRED is a bilingual (Farsi-first, RTL) mobile app for tracking blood glucose impact of meals and snacks through glycemic index and glycemic load of Iranian foods. Built with Expo, React Native, and TypeScript, it helps Iranian users search a curated native food database, visualise glucose load and estimated response curves, and make informed dietary decisions.
Biosignal integration ecosystem
PAPiome is a plug-and-play integration ecosystem that unifies biosignal data from diverse devices and immediately transforms it into actionable, AI-driven analyses and insights.

An MRT randomises each decision point. Here, that is a person with type 2 diabetes arriving at a food court. It then measures the proximal effect of a “watch your carbs” prompt on the next meal. The product ships with its own evidence.

Digital Health Researcher & Strategist
He holds a PhD in Digital Health and a background in nutritional sciences, with extensive expertise in developing digital health solutions such as mobile apps, wearables, and real-time adaptive interventions for cardiometabolic diseases, including diabetes and cardiovascular health. As a former Medical Advisor in the pharmaceutical sector, he has supervised clinical trials, launched new products into the market, and developed novel product strategies.
AI Researcher & Engineer
Sara Mirabi is an AI researcher with expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models, healthcare AI, and intelligent automation. Her work spans conversational AI, multi-agent systems, natural language processing, and trustworthy AI, with a focus on developing reliable, human-centred intelligent systems for healthcare and other high-impact domains. Combining academic research with practical AI engineering, she designs scalable autonomous systems that enhance decision-making, workflow automation, and human-AI collaboration while advancing the safe deployment of next-generation AI technologies.
